Easy To Follow Spelt Bread Recipe



The original recipe will make up to 2 big loaves of spelt bread. This recipe is very easy and will only take 5 minutes to prepare. You wont need any yeast for this recipe so that means no waiting the whole day to get your spelt bread.

It only takes 1 hour 10 mins to get the spelt bread fully baked and will be ready to serve in the next 5 minutes.

Spelt Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 8 cups of spelt flour
  • 4 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses

Directions For Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spelt flour, sesame seeds, salt, molasses, baking soda and milk until well blended. ...
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
